Developpement portuaireTo strengthen the offers and increase the size of the projects , CESM merged with EXA INTERNATIONAL in 2019.

The capital expenditures (CAPEX) are based on feasibility studies with advanced cash flow (ACF) forecasts. The acceptable projects are those with competitive ACF and ETIBIDA.

EXA’s project management has proved to be very efficient and innovative. EXA’s “risk methodology” encompasses the following steps:

  1. Due Diligence,
  2. Process and markets selection,
  3. Feasibility studies,
  4. FID (Financial Investment Decision),
  5. Fund raising,
  6. FEED,
  7. Financial facilities,
  8. Procurement,
  9. Installation and training of personnel,
  10. Start-up.

The risk method minimizes the financial and technical risks of a project through the planning of the erection of the site.

EXA INTERNATIONAL has successfully developed projects including start-up and "product in hand" steps:

  • Gas (lines and plants),
  • Mines (ore exploitation and transformation),
  • Metallurgy (foundry and forge),
  • Civil Works (roads, bridges and airport runways),
  • Rural development in mining areas.

The heart of EXA INTERNATIONAL activities is gas.

In 1992, after careful studies, the firm decided to specialize in this sector and to propose a turn-key service for the revamping of ammonia and methanol plants in FSU.
From its bases in France, Houston and Moscow, the Group launched the new activity with immediate success. The first revamping was successfully achieved in Novgorod in 1993 and others followed very quickly.

EXA’s experience in gas led her to advise governments and national companies on the valorization of their gas. Certification of gas reserves is the first step of any gas valorization project. EXA works according to the SEC / NYSE requirements.

EXA’s Gas Department, located in Houston, Texas, hires the best gas specialists of the world and supplies bankable studies according to SEC norms.

EXA began her mining activities in the 80’ with the rehabilitation of the Kilomoto gold mine in Africa.

Since that time, EXA INTERNATIONAL has been active in certification of reserves, physical and chemical elaboration of metals and reorganization of mining companies.

We work according to the standards SAMREC, JORC and N 43-101.
