Exa International provides assembling of reforming and cracking coils.

Our partner has more than 850 pre-qualified welding procedures & qualifications covering:

• T.I.G –Manual & Automatic
• M.I.G –Flux Core & Std Wire
• Submerged arc
• Manual Metal Arc

All our assemblies undergo the following quality tests:

• Radiography (including in-house gamma).
• Ultrasonic Examination.
• MPI and DPI.
• PMI (Positive Material Identification).
• Hydrostatic Test (up to 25,000 psi).
